Newly created role expands Boardroom Bullpen’s ability to help Private Equity and Independent Sponsor partners translate investment priorities into operating capabilities and measurable value creation.
Boardroom Bullpen is pleased to announce that Tiffany Panitzke has joined the firm as Senior Advisor, Private Equity Solutions, a newly created role designed to further strengthen the firm’s support for Private Equity and Independent Sponsor partners and their portfolio companies.
In her role, Panitzke will focus on helping sponsors and management teams translate investment priorities into the operating capabilities required to execute against them. She will build upon Boardroom Bullpen’s existing value creation solutions, including Operating Partner as a Service (OPaaS), which gives sponsors and portfolio companies access to experienced operating leadership and specialized capabilities based on the needs of the investment.
Panitzke brings extensive experience at the intersection of private equity, portfolio operations and value creation. Her career includes serving as an Operating Advisor at Norwest Equity Partners and as a Partner at Growth Operators, a highly respected private equity advisory firm.
Her addition comes as Boardroom Bullpen continues to expand its work with Private Equity firms and Independent Sponsors seeking more flexible ways to bring experienced operators and specialized capabilities into their portfolio companies.
Turning the Investment Thesis Into Operating Reality
For sponsors, identifying the value creation opportunity is only the beginning. Delivering against the investment thesis requires the right leadership, capabilities and resources inside the business to make it happen.
That execution gap is where Boardroom Bullpen is focused.
Through solutions such as Operating Partner as a Service, Boardroom Bullpen provides flexible access to experienced operators who can help sponsors and management teams address critical priorities without requiring every capability to exist permanently inside the organization.
Panitzke’s experience working alongside investors, operating teams and portfolio company leadership further strengthens that approach.
In her new role, she will help Boardroom Bullpen continue developing and delivering solutions that connect investment priorities with practical operating execution across the portfolio lifecycle.
Please join us in welcoming Tiffany Panitzke to Boardroom Bullpen.
